The incidents took place in the Prenzlauer Berg district, where notes referencing environmental issues were left on the affected vehicles, according to the city’s police on Wednesday. The attacks are believed to have occurred overnight, between around 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Preliminary investigations indicate that over 40 cars across nine different streets were targeted.
